How do you handle website software updates and maintenance?

All maintenance and software updates are included as part of our paid services at no extra cost to you.

How do you handle website security?

We use state-of-the-art technology to secure your site, such as SSL/TLS Certificates, DoS/DDoS Protection, data encryption, and industry-leading security practices to ensure your site stays secure inside and out.

How do you handle website content updates and creation?

Content updates are included as part of our paid services at no extra cost to you. A complete site redesign and overhaul will cost extra due to the extra labor required to redesign and rebuild your site.

Do you offer website analytics and performance reporting?

Yes! We offer Plausible Analytics to our clients as an included benefit of your service. Once you site is up an running, we send you or another designated person of your choice a publicly shareable link to your site's analytics data. You can even download the data to use in reports, presentations, and more.

Can you help me with social media management and marketing?

We currently do not offer marketing services at this time, however we may offer these types of services in the future.

How do you handle website migrations and transfers?

Typically, we do not transfer your old site when migrating to our services. When developing your new site, we host a working preview of your site on a temporary subdomain so you can see changes as they are made. When it's launch time, we will transfer your domain to our systems and point it to your new site.

Can you help me with website accessibility and compliance?

Yes! We include Userway Accessibility as part of your service. It's automatically included with every project.

How do you handle website downtime and issues?

In the event that problems arise, we work closely with our partners to promptly identify and resolve any issues, ensuring that your operations continue without interruption. We will also notify you and your team to keep you apprised of the situation. Our goal is to allow you to focus on your projects, objectives, and overall business success.

Internet Explorer Support

We do not and will not provide support for Internet Explorer in any way. Not only is it an outdated application, but also Microsoft ended support for Internet Explorer on June 15th, 2022. In addition, Microsoft permanently disabled Internet Explorer on February 14th, 2023 through an update for its current operating system products. We will also not support any Internet Explorer functionality through IE Mode on Microsoft Edge. If your business still needs support for Internet Explorer, we cannot assist you. Please do the internet a favor and upgrade your apps and services to support modern web browsers and technologies. The internet will thank you.
